Rosalinda is a Mexican telenovela starring Thalia and now, an upcoming Philippine drama by GMA Network. It is a Philippine TV remake of the Mexican telenovela with the same title.The GMA talent will be the one who will choice as Rosalinda.It was said that the "Primetime queen"Marian Rivera will be act as Risalinda but it is not yet confirmed.

Rosalinda is a sweet woman living with her family.She is a pretty 20-year-old girl who sells flowers and decorates a fancy restaurant When her mother dies,who is not really her mother, Rosalinda meets Fernando Jose,a man of high social status and plays the piano at the restaurant.They eventually fall in love, get married, and have a child named Erika: however,his stepmother Valeria desires to split the happy couple up.The real mother of rosalinda,Soledad, served a 25-year prison sentence for the murder of Fernando Jose's real father.She was innocent, but took the blame. After finding out this horrible news, Fernando Jose abandons Rosalinda and her daughter. Valeria kidnaps Erika. Rosalinda goes into a depression and eventually loses her mind. She is locked up in a mental asylum.

Dyesebel

Dyesebel(a popular mermaid character created by Mars Ravelo) is an upcoming fantasy Philippine drama that will soon air on GMA Network.The story has been adapted into five separate films, and a spin-off, throughout the timeline of 1953 to 1996. It was said that the filming begins on late April, or early June, with Joyce E. Bernal at the helm.

I didn't know who will be ruling as Dyesebel. As what I have heard,many actresses were considered and rumoured for the highly converted role of the cursed mermaid "Dyesebel". First, the name of Anne Curtis surfaced as the lead before GMA Network bought the rights.Then, Angel Locsin's name was briefly attached, but her revelation to move networks took a toll.

Now,the names of Rhian Ramos, Nadine Samonte and Marian Rivera are leading the race on playing the mermaid role. Jennylyn Mercado and Katrina Halili were heavily considered for the role;however, because of Jennylyn's pregnancy issue removed her name from the list, while Katrina Halili said that she have no interest on playing the lead role.

Pinoy Idol is the most awaiting of singing competition of Philippines. From America and bring on to Pinas, searching the Pinoy idol of the Philippines.Pinoy Idol is set to replace Associated Broadcasting Company's (ABC) Philippine Idol, which was the first and the original franchise, after it was not been awarded by FremantleMedia to ABC for its supposed-to-be second season. And Now,GMA Network promoted Pinoy Idol as "the first Idol competition in the Philippines" during its New Year's Eve 2007 Presentation, therefore, it will not recognize Philippine Idol and its winner Mau Marcelo.The interactive reality singing Competition will be hosted by Raymond Gutierrez;and the judges will be Ogie Alcasid (singer, songwriter, and comedian), Jolina Magdangal (singer and actress) , and Wyngard Tracy (talent manager).It was created by Simon Fuller and will be directed by Louie Ignacio.
It is set to premiere in April 2008

Babangon Ako't Dudurugin Kita is another upcoming Philippine drama by GMA Network. The program is a drama, romance and thriller starring by Yasmien Kurdi as Salve,JC de Vera as Alfred ,Angelika dela Cruz as Via,and Marvin Agustin as Rod.It is an original movie it which starred Sharon Cuneta, directed by the late Lino Brocka.

Salve is a sweet girl, the kind who would wait hand and foot on her husband. But she lacks the qualities Alfred is looking for in a wife. He wants a woman who can be his business partner, who can help him meet his goals, provide support and whom he can show off proudly to his friends and business associates. Alfred meets such a woman in Via, who becomes his business partner and later his lover. Together, they plot to eliminate Salve. Rod, a rich man, who takes pity on the likes of Salve because he was once a victim of injustice, promises to help her get her hands on Alfred and Via. Together, Salve and Rod plot their moves too.

Caparas and directed by Mac Alejandre.It was starring by the Philippine Action Superstar, Robin Padilla. It will started to aired on February 11, 2008,as the replacement of Zaido: Pulis Pangkalawakan.It was the third time GMA Network adapts a graphic novel of Carlo J. Caparas.The two are Bakekang and Kamandag which is highly rated series.

In late 80s and in the early 90s,the graphic novel by Carlo J. Caparas was published .On 1988,It was featured film under the direction of Caparas himself starring Ramon Revilla.Now,in this 2008, Joaquin Bordado will be aired this coming february.He is a man with tattoos all over his body What is unique about these tattoos are they become alive.
Before the show aired,it has so much controversy surrounding the casting of the series.First, because of Jennylyn Mercado pregnancy, she left the production and replaced by Ryza Cenon.While Cristine Reyes leave also the production and Iwa Moto replacing her.

Wheel of Fortune is an upcoming game show of Abs-cbn for 2008.It was a Philippine Version where first aired in 2001 on ABC 5 hosted by Rustom Padilla and Victoria Wonderheim.
Format of the show
It was generally the same as the US version format.Round 1 begins with Player 1, Round 2 with Player 2, Round 3 with Player 3, Round 4 with Player 1 and so on. Players retain control of the wheel as long as they guess letters correctly. Vowels cost 500 pesos (hence 1,000 being the lowest value on the wheel). Also, calling a correct letter earned the Free Spin wedge and the Surprise and Prize wedges. There was no Jackpot Round or Mystery Round in this version.

The Wheel of Fortune is Created by Merv Griffin.It will be hosted by Kris Aquino.The show is the replacement of Deal or No Deal whereby Kris Aquino is currently hosting it.
