Lastikman is a superhero of the human beings. Before he known in the Philippine televisions Lastikman shown in MARs RAVELO'S COMICS. He had so many adventure in his life. He able to stretch any part of his body. He can change into different things like ball, map, trash can, and etc. Lastikman can never be killed by any gun ,bomb or any explosive because he is bulletproof and he thinks how to handle that explosive. His weakness is cold or freeze where his lastik power were became loss.
In ABS-CBN, Lastikman was ruled by Vhong Navarro, a comedian and one of the dancer of streetboys.
