Joaquin Bordado is an upcoming Action, Crime, Fantasy, Thriller Philippine drama by GMA Network.The series is based on the graphic novel created by Carlo J. Caparas and directed by Mac Alejandre.It was starring by the Philippine Action Superstar, Robin Padilla. It will started to aired on February 11, 2008,as the replacement of Zaido: Pulis Pangkalawakan.It was the third time GMA Network adapts a graphic novel of Carlo J. Caparas.The two are Bakekang and Kamandag which is highly rated series.

In late 80s and in the early 90s,the graphic novel by Carlo J. Caparas was published .On 1988,It was featured film under the direction of Caparas himself starring Ramon Revilla.Now,in this 2008, Joaquin Bordado will be aired this coming february.He is a man with tattoos all over his body What is unique about these tattoos are they become alive.
Before the show aired,it has so much controversy surrounding the casting of the series.First, because of Jennylyn Mercado pregnancy, she left the production and replaced by Ryza Cenon.While Cristine Reyes leave also the production and Iwa Moto replacing her.
